FDL INTELICOM

Privacy Policy

How FDL INTELICOM handles personal data and protects website enquiries.

Last updated: 22 September 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how INTELICOM LTD, operating the FDL INTELICOM brand (“FDL”, “we”, “us”), processes personal data when you use this website or contact us.

1. Data controller and contact

INTELICOM LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Privacy requests may be sent to contact@fdl.intelligent-services.eu or discussed by phone at +359 898 599 401.

2. Personal data we process

When you submit the FDL contact form, we may process your name, company or organisation, email address, telephone number, selected area of interest, message, the source page and the time of submission. Basic technical security signals may be processed transiently to protect the form from abuse. The theme does not intentionally store a visitor IP address in the lead record.

3. Why we use personal data

  • to receive, review and respond to enquiries;
  • to take steps requested by you before entering into a contract;
  • to prepare relevant information, proposals or service discussions;
  • to protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain operational security;
  • to comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business and website, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where the law specifically requires it.

5. Where enquiry data is stored

Contact-form enquiries are stored as private FDL Leads inside the WordPress administration area. They are not published on the website. Access should be limited to authorised personnel who need the information for the relevant business purpose.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any related pre-contractual or business relationship, and afterwards only where retention is required for legal, accounting, security or legitimate claims purposes. Records should be periodically reviewed and removed or anonymised when they are no longer needed.

7. Recipients and service providers

We may use hosting, email, website administration, security and other technology providers acting as processors or service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, a competent authority, or where necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

If a service provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law should be used, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority, including the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.

10. Automated decision-making

FDL does not use data submitted through the contact form to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

Please see our Cookie Policy. The FDL theme does not intentionally enable advertising or analytics cookies by itself.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, services, legal requirements or processing activities change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
